Hello All Swappers
PLEASE READ:
When you go to buy items for your swapping partners, be sure to check their "Wish Lists" especially the part about "allergies" this is very important!!!! If your partner is allergic to certain yarn, you need to know that so that you do not send anything that she will not be able to use.
Also remember that when you get your packages be kind to your swapper partner, they have done their best to make a nice package and each person has a different tastes. Some items may not be what you would have chosen, but you could be pleasently surprised to try something new....
Thank you
Crochetoholic

SUPER THANKS
Hello everyone. . . sorry I didn't get my thank you up sooner. We got snowed in! Mind you that I live in Arkansas so that is a big deal. Anyway I recieved my beautiful package from Dona on Friday and I was so excited because it was my first swap package.
The package included: a super soft stuffed animal that my dog thought was for her, so really pretty note cards with an "N" on them that I have already used one of, a beautiful pattern for a dress that I think I'm going to shorten and make a shirt instead, Caron Simply Soft in pink for making the dress, a mug with hearts on it, some candy, energy drink mixes, tea, a crochet heart and a package of valentines stamps.
It was a great package and I can't wait to get my March package. This whole swapping thing is addictive. Again, thank you thank you thank you Dona for such a great package.
March Swap Be Sure To Read This and COMMENT
March's swap is approaching fast, this is a new rule for all swappers, be sure and comment here if you are wanting to swap, if I do not hear from you otherwise you will NOT be added to the swap...
I have to change the rules a little about this since I am getting a lot of people saying they do not want to be in the swap AFTER I have already assigned partners. This really causes a lot of problems forme and some swappers who are quick to mail and buy for their partners, so I am making my swappers now become responsible for watching the blog and commenting on it for the next swap..plus the emails I get are in the 100s now so I need to condense it a bit to save all of us time..
So if you want to swap in MARCH you MUST comment here to be included.. I will be assigning partners around the 6th this month....and the theme is St Patrick's Day but does not have to be sent out before St Patrick's Day...it can just be something green...
- A pattern for 1 animal of some type, green teddy bear, frog,Leprechaun , dragon, doll, shamrock, or any other green themed stuffed object
- Enough yarn to complete the project
- All the notions required [including the stuffing]
- Something green
- A green mug or cup
- A St Patrick's Day pin, magnet, key chain, or just a good luck charm
- A some Irish music CD or recipes, poems, or book, or some type of traditional Irish item
Also from here on if you do not post a thank you or a photo or send it to me when you receive your package, you will not be allowed to swap in the future.
It is unfair for those who do and for those who spend a lot of time and $$$ putting together their packages to not shine on the blog...
So please be a good swapper and post those photos and thank yous!!!!
Thank you

Changes for the Month of April
I just realized that Easter is in March and not April so I have changed the items for the swap of April. Be sure and go and check it out.
Also the swap for March is about to begin so if you want to be included you must sign up by commenting under the March post with the St Patties guy...
Anyone who has not received their Feb package should have at least heard from their swap partner, if not please comment here.
Remember that some packages will take longer if they are coming from outside the USA...please give it time for the package to arrive.
Oh also please sign your names when you thank your partner for their packages...some of you have different blogger names and you may not be recognized by everyone who is posting. And when you comment be sure to say who you are....
Thanks
Debb

Wecome new swapper Suzanne!!
A Little about her, "She is new to swapping. She crochets, knits and loom knits. She is a beginner. She works full-time and travels several times a year for business. Her main interest in life is her beautiful 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She likes to spoil her. She looks forward to making new friends here."
February Swap recieved
I got a nice package in the mail on Saturday from Dorothy and I am just now getting around to posting my thank you.
It was a lovely package Dorothy, I loved everything. Especially your knitting needle bag. You did a super job. I have not knitted dishcloth's much before so this is the perfect chance for me to try some. I always need dish cloth's anyway. Lol. Also I already ate the valentine box of candy. Yummy. Thank you so much Dorothy, you were a super swapper.
